Order Cancellations

Personalized Mail
Because each piece of mail is created specifically for the recipient, personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If we make an error in printing, addressing, or preparing your order, or if your order arrives damaged due to our handling, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We may, at our discretion:
- Replace the order at no additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Mail
Once your order has been accepted by the postal service, delivery is outside of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Provided by the Customer
