When Will I Receive My Letter?
All letters are mailed on the weekend closest to the 15th of each month.
Once sent, you can expect your letter to arrive within a few days to up to two weeks, depending on your location. International deliveries may take a bit longer.
Because each envelope is sent through standard mail, tracking is not available—so we place our trust in the journey and your local mail carrier.
What If My Address Changes?
We don’t want you to miss a single envelope! If your address changes, it’s no problem at all—just reach out to us, and we’ll make sure everything is updated so your mail continues to arrive without delay.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We love sending love far and wide. Many of our letters make their way to friends and family in Canada and beyond.
We can ship anywhere the United States Postal Service delivers—so as long as your location is serviceable, we’ll make sure your envelope finds its way to you.
What If I Don’t Receive My Envelope?
Your happiness is important to us! If your envelope doesn’t arrive, please reach out to us. We’ll verify your address and send a replacement right away.
And if you receive your envelope but aren’t completely satisfied, we’ll gladly send you a new one.
